The Talent Irrigation District is a special district government formed under ORS 545. Our mission is to deliver water equitably and efficiently with the least amount of cost to its water users, keeping in mind the need for long-range planning and environmental impact. Talent Irrigation District supplies water to 16,300 acres of irrigated land in and around the cities of Medford, Phoenix, Talent, and Ashland in Southern Oregon.
We have 3,500 accounts and 3,000 landowners. Our water is provided for municipal and residential irrigation uses within our district boundaries.
