If you do not want the District spraying our easements and rights-of-way on your property, you need to sign a “No Spray Agreement” with the District on an annual basis. The forms must be completed and in the District office by December 31st of each year.

or contact the District by phone at 541-535-1529 or by email. The form can be emailed, faxed or sent regular mail.

There is no need for you to sign a “No Spray Agreement” if you do not have any District facilities on your property.
