We received notice on July 2nd, from the Jackson County Watermaster that he will be measuring the water on McDonald Creek on Monday, July 8th and potentially regulating the water rights back to the year 1900 by the end of next week. The district’s water right is dated 1915 so we are expecting to be regulated off the creek later next week, which means we will most likely be shutting the McDonald System towards the end of next week. We will post an update as soon as we receive confirmation from the Jackson County Watermaster.
