We received notice today, July 9th, from the Jackson County Watermaster that when they measured the water yesterday on McDonald Creek, it is slightly above the amount where he would be regulating the water rights back to the year 1900, but expects to do so within the next couple days.
With the reduced flow, there is not enough water to run both the Upper West and Fredrick’s laterals at the same time. Effective this morning, we will be running the available water in the Upper West until we are regulated off in the next day or so and we will not be putting any more water in the Fredrick’s lateral.
