Following two years with no fee increases, the Board of Directors has determined the need to increase fees to cover the day-to-day operations of the district. As we all know, the costs for everything have increased considerably and we need to be able to keep up with those increasing costs. Effective with the next billing, which will be mailed out on February 1, 2023, the Account Charge will increase from $103 per tax lot to $150 per tax lot. This will make the one-acre annual minimum charge $212. No other district fees have been increased.
