We received notice today from the Jackson County Watermaster that he will be measuring the water on McDonald Creek on Monday, July 11th and potentially regulating the water rights back to the year 1900. The district’s water right is dated 1915 so we are expecting to be regulated off of the creek, which means we will most likely be shutting the McDonald System off on Tuesday, July 12th. We will post an update as soon as we receive confirmation from the Jackson County Watermaster on Tuesday, July 12th.
